Refund Policy — Velor Studio

At Velor Studio, every piece we create is custom made-to-order, designed and built specifically for you. Because of the nature of custom jewelry, our refund policy differs from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns on Custom Pieces

All pieces produced by Velor Studio are custom made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. By approving your CAD design and proceeding with production, you acknowledge that the piece is being made exclusively for you to your exact specifications.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A deposit is required to begin the CAD design process. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if you choose to cancel your order before production begins. The deposit covers the time and resources invested in your design consultation and CAD work.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before production begins. However your deposit will not be refunded. Once production has begun — meaning casting has started — cancellation is not possible and the full balance remains due.

You Approve Everything Before We Build

To protect both you and us, nothing goes into production without your explicit written approval of the final CAD design. You will see your piece from every angle in full 3D before a single gram of metal is cast. Revisions are included at no extra cost prior to approval. Once you approve the design, production begins and no further changes can be made.

If Your Piece Arrives Damaged or Defective

If your finished piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at velorstudio.co@gmail.com with the following:

— Your order details and contact information — Clear photos or video showing the damage or defect — A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

— A repair or rework of the piece at no cost to you — A replacement if the piece cannot be repaired — A full or partial refund at our discretion depending on the nature of the defect

Satisfaction Commitment

While we do not offer refunds on custom pieces, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your finished piece before accepting delivery, contact us immediately at velorstudio.co@gmail.com. We will work with you to make it right. Our reputation is built on the quality of what we make and the relationships we build with our clients.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our team, we reserve the right to dispute the claim using your signed design approval, order correspondence, production records, and delivery confirmation. We ask that you always contact us first — we are committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly.

Refund Processing

In cases where a refund is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Initial deposits are non-refundable in all cases.
