By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking a consultation or placing an order.
Use of Website
You agree not to use our website or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree not to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our website or communications. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Custom Jewelry Services
All pieces produced by Velor Studio are custom made-to-order. Each piece is designed and built specifically for you based on the details discussed during your consultation. By proceeding with an order after approving your CAD design, you acknowledge that the piece is being made to your specifications.
Consultations
Initial consultations are free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed with an order. We will provide a quote within 24 hours of your consultation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the CAD design process. The deposit amount will be confirmed during your consultation. The remaining balance is due upon your approval of the final CAD design before production begins. We accept payment through our secure payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
CAD Design and Approval
You will receive a full 3D CAD render of your piece before production begins. You must provide explicit written approval before we proceed to casting. Revisions to the CAD design are included at no extra cost prior to approval. Once you have approved the design and production has begun, no changes can be made to the design.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All custom pieces are non-refundable once production has begun. The initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, you will forfeit your deposit. If you are unsatisfied with the finished piece, contact us at velorstudio.co@gmail.com before accepting delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns on completed custom pieces.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice for new orders. Your quoted price is locked in once your deposit is received. We strive for pricing transparency — the quote you receive after your consultation is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.
Shipping and Delivery
All finished pieces are shipped fully insured. Velor Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Local pickup is available in Atlanta, Georgia by appointment. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the piece to the shipping carrier.
Intellectual Property
All CAD designs, renders, and design files created by Velor Studio remain the intellectual property of Velor Studio until full payment is received. After full payment, the physical piece belongs to you. Design files and renders are not transferred to the client.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and product imagery. We cannot guarantee that product photos perfectly represent the final piece in all cases due to variations in screen displays and photography. The final piece will match your approved CAD design.
Limitation of Liability
Velor Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
